Hello everybody! I have just joined Animal Physiology to start working as a lab assistant. I will work with several groups to help keep the labwork running smoothly, to assist with course labs, and more.
I have studied biotechnology engineering at the technical faculty of Lund University, after which I obtained my PhD at the medical faculty of LU where I did research on kidney and prostate cancer, mostly focused on microRNAs and a receptor called Axl. In my free time I like to knit, play golf and of course to spend time with my family and friends, as well with our two Budgerigars.
I am really happy to be a part of the Department of Biology!
