In the communication audit this spring, there were some confusion about emails coming from our blog and our newsletter. People had a hard time to distinguish between the different emails. To make this easier, I have now changed the design of the emails coming from the Biology blog.
At the Biology blog I publish posts about social things that happen at the department, new people presentations, agendas and memorandums from meetings etc. If there is a new blog post you will get an email around four in the afternoon.
Our weekly newsletter BioBullen contains information about what happens next week at the department and media hits for our researchers. I send the email newsletter BioBullen around nine every Friday morning.
All staff at the department shall be email subscribers to these two internal communication channels. Please, let me (inger.ekstrom@biol.lu.se) know if you do not get these emails or know someone who does not get them.
I hope the confusion will be less now and cross my fingers you will get this.
