Last Friday SACT invited a large group from the department to visit the national aquarium in Denmark, Den Blå Planet. We had a fantastic interesting day with a guided tour behind the scenes. We learned that the facility holds 8 million liter of water, the aquarium spend 200 000 danish kronor on lobster per year to feed their sea otters – and we had the opportunity to walk on top of a coral reef.
